the famous york minster taken in b&w while on a day trip ..york is one of my favourite haunts on a sunday i love the builings and also the history that goes with it ....thank you for looking

hi steve and alandra thanks for the kind words glad you liked the picture ....just to let you know steve this shot was not cropped my old fuji was able to do b&w photos and the zoom was not bad so i was able to upload with out any cropping

Brilliantly cropped Mike. I think it's a much better picture than the average postcard shot, and it's so important I think to do something a bit different when you're capturing a famous subject. Great shot! Steve

great shot, Mike, of great architecture. Another place that my aunt and uncle showed me, while I was over there many years ago. Loved it. Would love to go there again.(but hate "flying" : )
