Thanks for all the great comments,I'm glad you enjoyed it.Stephanie,this was a late afternoon shot and the background was quite dark from the shadows,I didn't alter it.

The Finch contrasts nicely with the backgound and makes for a great photo.

Beautiful! Did you alter the background on this to keep the focus on the bird? Or was it just the aperature you used? STephanie
