Thanks for the comments, Jas and Ikka. And, Jas, I have no idea of what kind of bird this is, not taken through a wire cage, but it was an enclosure.

Very pretty bird. I'm wondering if it may be a Citril Finch?? If not, it's very similar. Nice, clear, shot. I guess you took it through a wire cage? :)
