Ciny, I love this composition with the off-center wheel. I can only see one potential improvement - remove that grating and clone in some of the texture right under it. Otherwise it's perfect.

A lovely image of the wheel, and I think you've cropped it perfectly to give a satisfying composition. I also like the backlighting.
