I don't know about your city, but here in Oakland, at baseball games, they have several "games" they play between innings to keep fans entertained. (You'd think baseball would be enough).

One of the games is the "winning ticket" in which the promoters pick one person out of the crowd holding a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). ticket. I had my camera in my lap and snapped this shot.
