IT MIGHT BE A BULLONEY TREE - IT SURE ISN'T A DOGWOOD. LOOKS PLUM NEARLY LIKE A PLUM FLOWER.

interesting you say that, Randy, as had thought the same thing, - not like the dogwoods here either, - looks a lot like the ornamental plum in the "plum blossom moon" shot that I sent in earlier, in our driveway.

Nice photo, but not any dogwood I ever seen. It is a Prunus species for sure, wild plum. Might be mexican Plum, do you get butterflies on it?
