I watched this bold blackbird from a window, he seemed to have got quite tired of waiting for the cat to finish his tea and was trying to drive the cat away, it was lucky the bird didn't become tea, when the cat moved away the bird moved in and went about carrying food of to it's young in a tree just across the lawn.

Thanks Alan for looking in and commenting, they do seem to know, this cat is a really good hunter, we just coulden't believe what we were watching.

It is something how critters know what is going on. I guess the bird figured the cat liked it's food better than him. Great capture and a really fun photo to view.
