I see these plants every once in awhile on the desert. I have no idea what they are. This photo is not filtered or anything like that. This is what these things always look like.

From the thumb nail it looked like one of thiose fiber optic doo dads that change colours rapidly. LOL

I honostly know not what it is but it looks like a plant that broom straw could come from. Just joking. It does look interesting.
