Very creative. Yes I think it should be in a childrens book for sure! Very colorful and playful and you made them come to life in a positive way.

Hi Mystic, A great movie to be sure. Thank you for commenting, these are fun to create when I have the time. At the moment I'm on a photo road trip around the midwest and I'll probably make some more when I get back to California. Doug :)

Hey Doug, i couldn't help thinking about Alice in wonderland when i saw this, i would have said a more sinister version, but i've always found that scene when the flowers debate what kind of flower alice is quite disturbing.

Hi Mel, Thank you for your kind comments. Several others have suggested a children's book and I may look at this. Currently I'm putting together some images, in a book form, documenting my "trip to the edge of the world" which is a variation of the same thing. Some samples from that series are in my gallery here. This particular image won't be included in that series. I appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. Doug :)

Hi Talsi, Thank you for your kind words, I've been playing with digital imaging for over 20 years and also do it professionally. None of this is terribly difficult, it just takes a little practice. Doug :)

Hi Lulu, I appreciate your comments. This was created from a number of different plants using various special effects filters. Just something fun to do while waiting for the rain to stop.

I like this. Very clever! I'd be leaving these weeds in my garden though. Those big eyes are really cute though.
