Vendors normally make some good money at Mardi Gras time. They sell their wares right before the parade. It is all on a cart that rolls along. To give an idea about the prices, he sells a specialty bead for 3 dollars. By the way, you can get some of those same things for free of the float if you wait.

Treasures can be bought here but buyers beware. You can often catch the same thing off of a float later on if you are lucky.
