Hi Maria, it is a nice photo of the tree, but am agreeing with Michael about the telephone pole, wires and the fence and wires in foreground. I'd clone those items out.

nice ide of composition but i think you should have taken the picture with a slightly diffrent angle, so as to avoid the electric pole, and the few bracnches of top, which both detract from the main element, ie the tree
