Another view from the caboose showing the rear brake wheel and some old passenger railcars like those of WW II troop trains. There were several working locomotives at the Texas Transportation Museum, as well as antique fire trucks, fire wagons and cars.

It seems strange that in Europe I rode trains everywhere, but I have never ridden on a train in the USA. I think many of the visitors had grown up playing with Lionel model trains, and their enthusuasm followed them into adulthood. Thanks, Alandra.
