About This Image

The Wairarapa coast south end of North Island New Zealand is a very rough coast. Tidal inlets form calm waters in contrast to the rough conditions out at sea.

An atmospheric shot, and I like the dark foreground with the tracks leading the eye to the end of the inlet. I'd straighten the horizon though, which is crying out to be horizontal!!
