About This Image

Tree Crosses top a hill in Castro Valley, CA. This is the site of the Neighborhood Church. The recent cloud formation inspired me to take a seasonal image.

Thanks for your comments. I drive by this location on a hill, almost daily. On this particular late afternoon following a rainstorm, I decided to go up there and see what I could get. The clouds were really cooperating. I must have taken over 300 shots, but selected this one for TLF. Timing of this shoot was the day before Good Friday, which was a perfect theme. The colors of the sky also helped in getting the seasonal look.
