seeing this one again of Alex, must say that I like the coloured pics of Alex best, she doesn't look as "fragile" in the coloured ones. Plus love being able to see the "juice stains" around her mouth, so typical of childhood. Love the expression and "set" of her mouth here. She's going to be an interesting person, if she isn't already.

lovely. ah, the security of dad's knee. when I see shots like this, realize how much my girls missed, with the loss of their dad at ages 5 and 7.
