This peacock, besides being beautiful, is harassing other animals in cages about his freedom. He wandered from cage to cage at the Ardastra Zoo in Nassau, letting others see that he is free to roam about and they were stuck in captivity. I found it amusing, but I'm sure the other animals were not so amused.
