Here is the lit-up version to my What is It. I got my friend who had the pleasure of driving this highway patrol car every day, to set all the lights going so I could take some photos. I find this one much easier to read when its a thumbnail though.

Alex, you need to look at my photos titled "What is it - 2" as this is the solution to that one. Thanks for your comment though. I'll change the title I think so people don't get confused.
