I love it!!!! That glorious sunshine and then the duck (swan - I couldn't make out with my old eyes - grin)but swan or drake - majestic also in its element. *g*

I commute into San Fran everyday, and because of it, I sometimes forget to appreciate the beauty of the Palace of Fine Arts...your picture really renewed my respect for this incredible work of art! Thank you!

Thanks again Deb and Alandra, and to you too Joyce. This was shot near sunset, so the tones come through rich and warm, and I had to bracket 6 stops to get a shot that would show the sunbeams without burning out the columns. I still had to dodge in elements from the other frames or the bushes and dome would have been almost black. -Derrick
