Hi Jas,thankyou for your gracious comment.Yes,this is a rhododendron,which is approx.30years old.This rhodo blooms in early June and is quite magnificant,and as you can see the bees love it.

Golda, this is an excellent macro of the bee inside the flower! You have wonderful clarity, detail and colour. The flower looks like a rhododendron? I take it it's not flowering right now?? :)
