About This Image

One of the tea cups that was given to my Mother from
me when I was a young girl. It now sits in my china
cabinet. It is Royal Albert bone china from England.

Thank you Art, Carol and Talsi for viewing and leaving a comment. Art the teacup is all black excepting for the gold detail on the rims of both the cup and saucer. There is a touch of white to show off the color of the roses. I wondered whether I should use another color as a back drop on this capture. Perhaps I should experiment with many colors on each of the cups. I got my idea from viewing Alandra's beautiful cup and saucer and realized I had a hutch full of interesting china to capture during the cold months.

Beautiful capture. I'm wondering, is the saucer and outside of the cup black or are they picking up the reflection from the black velvet?
