About This Image

swan looks as if it's performing for me, it's eye seems to be looking right at me, as I stood on the bridge above, watching it as it bathed and preened.
in our area, taken from the Westham Island Bridge that crosses the south arm estuary of the Fraser River.

Excellent shot. It does look as if he is conducting an orchestra.

many thanks to all for the nice comments, - Karen, Lorraine & Golda, - yes, Conductor is a good description. Think I'll add it to the title, thanks Golda. Can understand why your Dad loved that area, as it's becoming a fave of ours also. I also liked the curved wingtips here, the bald eagles do the same with their wingtips

Love the detail of those beautiful gracefully curving feathers, and yes it does look like a conductor!
