overpass at sunset, our area, - there's a semi tractor trailer jack-knifed in the ditch just beyond the overpass. Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island mountains in the distance.

thanks Karen, -- am glad you have replaced the lens, and with the Tokina also. Am sure you'll be happy with it. I'm thinking of getting some other Tokina's since being so pleased with this 11-16mm f/2.8. I like this one better than the Canon 16-30 mm f2.8, which I also paid twice as much for. I haven't used that one very much.

Sorry about the typo--it's the middle of the night and my fingers are not cooperating. Lol! I see you are using a Tokina lens. I just bought a Tokina 200-500 but I haven't taken it for a trial run yet. Lol! It cost half of what a replacement Nikkor 80-400 would cost! Lol!
