Thanks Mary and Alandra for the lovely comments. I dont know what it represents, there was other plaques there that said something about they were originally from Lithuania.

interesting designs on this monument . it reminds me of designs in Thailand etc, am wondering what it signifies?

I can imagine that this must be a very peaceful place, a good place to sit and meditate.
