About This Image

This photo of the Altar Stained Glass Windows in St Barnabas Chapel On Norfolk Island is Beautiful. It Depicts Mathew, Mark, Luke and John with Jesus in the Middle. TMR8 helped me put the two photos together to make one. Thankyou Tania for your help. I can now Sit and imagine myself sitting in the Pews and Reflecting.

Lorraine, Thankyou. We learnt during our Visit to St Barnabas that it is called a Chapel because the Pews on either side face accross the building with the Aisle in the centre. A Church has Pews facing the Altar. Hence the name. These are Tiered with beautiful inlays of Mother of Pearl on the ends of the Pews.
