About This Image

The trails here in the Smoky Mountains have been carpeted in Spring Beauties and White Fringed Phlacea. Just a special place to hike this time of the year.

What a wonderful of hiking trail this seems to be. It sure feels tranquil and serene in this photo. I really like the way the trail meanders of to the Left side of the photo. One wants to keep following the path to the end. Very nicely composed.
