Guest - Dec 21, 2005 09:29 AM EDT WOW! Somehow I missed this one. It's absolutely beautiful Karen. I love the lighting on this as it shows its form in such great detail. Very artistic view!

Guest - Aug 14, 2005 04:40 AM EDT I echo all the words above, Karen. You've given this bloom a unique identity all of its own. Wonderful stuff.

Guest - Aug 06, 2005 12:07 PM EDT Gerat lighting on this. Makes the flower look so soft and delicate.
Guest - Aug 06, 2005 12:32 AM EDT I like how you can see the veins in the petals.

Guest - Aug 05, 2005 03:36 PM EDT what a delightful colour of this rose! Nice to know also Karen, that am not the only one who doesn't know how to do all that clever stuff either : )
Guest - Aug 05, 2005 03:00 PM EDT I take the Frank Z comment as a great compliment. No, I did nothing to the background other than underexposing the picture and shooting this on the bush in the late afternoon so there were lots of shadows behind it. I don't have the technical skills to do all the fancy stuff.
Guest - Aug 05, 2005 02:54 PM EDT Just so beautiful Karen. Did you remove the background? Reminds me of the work of FrankZ.
