About This Image

Spirit Bear (name is Chiklat Spirit Bear), it has an added feature of First Nations garment around it, fashioned from metal, very attractive. Artists are Sabina Hill & Steve Smith.
This one is at Canada Place, which you can see part of at the side (part of the "sails" are in view here). Plus a section of North Vancouver in the background.

Hi Alex, only just found your comment from a year and half ago! Thanks, belatedly. It was funny chasing around the city, trying to find more and more of these bears. There's another theme this year, but have forgotten what animal it's representing.
