Shot of Spear Street in San Francisco 10 minutes prior to race time at the ING 2007 San Francisco Bay to Breakers. Approximately 60K participated in the race. I was located in the middle of the crowd. I was able to get this shot by putting my camera on my monopod and holding it high in the air and using the remote switch to trigger the shot. By setting the lens for a wide angle and AF I was nearly guarenteed to get something.
