hi thanxs for comment. yes it was a captive bird,part of a falconery display team. it was just great that the kids could get up close and almost touch these graceful creatures

beautiful bird. Can't wait til the Snowies return to our area. Is this bird a captive bird? Just wondrin' what it was doing at a balloon festival.
