Lol, yes it does! That's a manhole cover. I purposely used the flash to make the snow/ice pellets visible and I liked the effect as the street went into darkness. All the elevated roads were shut down and the city became strangely quiet.

Great shot of the snow/ice coming down, the lighting with the dark background really made them stand out. The storm went by us here in Arizona, not a drop of rain or white stuff. Hey in the bottom right it looks like a smiley face ☺ ~Alan~
