snow children and dog statue/fountain in our back yard. All summer it stands as a fountain in a large "bird bath" on a pedestal. There's an umbrella being held above the children that the fountain water flows over, back into the bird bath (circulating with a small pump) DH removes the umbrella before winter sets in.

Hi Lorraine, this one's a fountain actually, & has an umbrella being held above the youngsters, but DH removed that before winter set in. We usually have it set in a huge bird bath type thing, and then the water cascades from fountain spray over the umbrella, into the water of the "bird bath". We've had this for some years now, and have really enjoyed it, so hope you'll get one.
