About This Image

These Giraffes were bred in Calauit Island, a game preserve and animal sanctuary located in the northern part of Busuanga, Palawan, Philippines. The origianl parents were imported from South Africa, same with the Zebras and other wild animals now living there.

Nice shot of the giraffes and its lovely to see them in natural habitat, albeit in a preserve! :)
