About This Image

Following the mass ascension on the first morning of this year's 'Balloons Over the Waikato' festival the balloons drifted out over Hamilton City. Some of the pilots briefly landed their balloons on the lake surface, the beginning to 4 days of races and challenging events.

Great angle of the shot with the balloons to one side of the photo. I'm mentally dividing the photo into a thirds grid. Beautiful.

This is a great shot of the balloons. I am glad that you included a waterway there. The reflection adds to the picture.
