About This Image

The vista from Sam's Point in New York is well worth the short hike to its splendid overlook. I liked the flow of the man'made wall on top of the hill and created a three-frame panorama here to show the great detail. Near this point another trail leads to Ice Caves - both of which are temporarily closed.

I love the stone work of Sam's Point; the colour of the stone against the green, land, colours and the blue, sky is very nice. Great panoramic shot! :)
