Guest - Oct 22, 2006 12:24 PM EDT Beautifu B/W, Corbin. I love the bordering effect but actually, have a different question about the item in the front. With the branch on the side, perhaps the stump would be more effective if MORE of it showed rather than removing it, to add to the depth of this lovely image.

Guest - Oct 30, 2005 05:13 PM EDT well, if he cropped that part out, he'd remove the top of the reflection of that tree in the water. But he could remove it with the "smart erase" tool in MS Digital Image Pro or Suite v 9 or 10 : )
anyway, it's a great shot. I'm not a fan of black and white but these are very good.
Guest - Oct 30, 2005 02:44 PM EDT Hi,
This is really a beautiful photo & it inspires me to shoot more black and white. The only thing that I would change is to crop out the bottom 1/15th (or so) of the photo so you remove that object that is sticking out (looks like a branch).
Guest - Oct 26, 2005 03:36 AM EDT Another great landscape. Very nicely done.
Guest - Oct 25, 2005 11:17 PM EDT Thanks everyone.. This one is a crop from the original photo but I think it turned out nice.
