About This Image

My love for the old timers made me do this one. It was just running loose in the parking lot. I tried to head it into the corral, but it busted loose and headed out for the open desert. The last I saw of it, it was just a dust trail on the horizon.

Thanks Alovely! It really is a beautiful old-timer. I haven't seen this photo for quite awhile, so I'm appreciating it too.

Thanks Jim. I sent this photo to my friend, Bert, who is president of the Arizona Model A Restorers Club. He wrote back that it is a 1930 Model A with Ford '28-'29 style bumper and 1932 Ford headlights. No matter, it is a beautiful piece of work.

A fine piece of work Gary, and a fine motor car too. Jim

Thanks Mary. Yes, I did desaturate. Also reduced lightness.

Great shot Gary. Did you desaturate the background?

Yep! There have been reports from small aircraft pilots of a herd of mustang A's out there, led by a beautiful red two door. Sometimes late at night I think I can hear the wild AHOOGAH calls from way out on the desert. Kind of sends a chill up my spine.
