this hawk was perched ontop of a telephone pole, but he took off as soon as I tried to focus on him. (believe it's a red tailed hawk?) His eye seems to be looking right at me.
They are very wary, - which surprised me somewhat, -- have been trying to capture an image of a hawk on a pole several times lately, without success.
