Thank you both for commenting. It did look a little neglected but the wires holding it were still very strong and solid. Hmmm, now I want to try crossing it!! :)

WOW!! what a neat old bridge,it looks a bit weathered.I think I would send my dog across before I tried it.If it was unsafe,my dog wouldn't go across.
