About This Image

Raccoon peeking out from behind some columbine leaves on our back patio earlier this evening. I'd been taking other photos of some nearby Hostas when this raccoon crept out from behind the plants, - am not sure who was the most surprised : )
he/she moved back and forth several times, behind the plants, deciding what to do, so I got a few photos, most of them blurred etc, before the raccoon went on its way.

thanks again, Beverly, they are cute little beggars. Am pretty sure this one has babies, but haven't seen them yet. She growled at DH last evening, lol, so that's usually a sign that babies are someplace nearby : )

Nice capture of the Raccoon, nice and clear and I like the one eye showing...like he is playing peek-a-boo.

thanks Carol, glad you like it. Wish he'd/she'd stayed around a bit longer, but it just ambled away. Realized after that I did get one with both the eyes showing, will send that in later.
