lovely image, Alex D. In agreement with the others. Did the same thing all summer with my long lens, capturing flower blooms on front patio, from inside the house, from open front window. More recently, Am quite pleased with the way the extension tube worked when I gave it a try for the first time, just before the snow came. Haven't uploaded the pics yet tho'

Same here.. Nice sharp photo. I like the way the bloom's color works with the sky color. Wonderful composition giving the plant room to be blown into. Perfect job using the KISS rule, simple wins every time...
