Thanks bubbalinn, Anne and Sparkle for looking in, she didn't seem to mind me getting close but just kept the protective wing out for her young, she also carried on eating while i took photographs.

What a wonderful beautiful picture!! I love the cute little peacock babies and how the shy one is hid under its mother's wing, which she has spread protectively over it. The feathers are a beautiful red brown color and cover the young one so protectively. A beautiful sight. And an adorable picture!!

What a great photo of Mom protecting it's babies. I have never seen a baby peacock before, Thanks for sending this one..
