haven't given up on this one yet, Talsi. We had a plant in a pot some years ago, that originated from another country, it didn't survive, but am going to try to find it in the flower books. Dont recall it having only 2 petals tho, but in a larger grouping of blooms on the plant, might not have noticed.

Thanks Alandra, Carol and New Shutterbug for viewing and commenting. As to the flowers, I think they are some kind of succulent. The picture was taken in a plant conservatory.
