About This Image

Just got my new Kodak Z 980 Easy share camera and this was my first bird shot with it !!! A Prarie Falcon landed below Goat Peak Fire Lookout where i work my summers in the Methow Valley of Washington State, U.S.A.

Good framing with the foliage and the diagonal branch leads the eye into the picture. Clear and sharp focus on the bird - and I am told it's name. The lighter green color works well against the distant OOF trees. Excellent shot.
