About This Image

This dog was playing with the Pointer in my other photo. It wanted petted too and kept jumping up at the fence but was smaller and couldn't reach the top. He was getting so frustrated he kept jumping and barking so I leaned over the fence to give it some pets. I don't know what breed it is.
