Lovely flower! I like how the pink radiates from the centre of the bloom, towards each petal, creating the lovely veining. :)

Thanks Alfresco for viewing and commenting, no nuclear plant this one is growing about 100" in back of our house beside a trail that goes into the woods.There are lots of painted trilliums but this was the only one I see that has four petals. Carol

That's one I've never seen; maybe call it a quadrium? Is there a nuclear plant nearby? ;-) Nice shot!

Very pretty capture of this flower, Carol. Wonderful clearity and colors. Do these flowers grow in the woods? I feel I have found them there.
