Just before you get to Fort Irwin that is 35 miles from Barstow, California you will see this little mountain and large rocks all painted with different companies logos from all over the US that came to be trained at fort Irwin.

Hi Ikka, Thanks for your interesting thought about my photo. Now that you mention it, it does look a tad strange. Miles and miles of brown desert then you see all the colors on the rocks.
