I really like this image, the goose looks like he's working up the courage to venture out on the ice. He also brings to mind "The Phantom of the Opera", resembling someone wearing evening clothes with a black cape; very dignified looking.

What a beautiful photo!! Great colors, sharpness, and composition.. I really like how you can see all of it's body feather colors along with all of it's wing feathers. I never noticed before that there landing gear was so far back, like a penguin. :) Thanks for going out in the cold for this photo, I really enjoyed it...
