looks great dosen't it, the only things that grew well around our windows and under windows was roses. I always told the daughter they were there to keep her in and the local lads out, worked quite well, caught one with a leather jacket over the rose bush as he rested his elbows on the outside window sill to talk to her. the rose bush was quite wide, he'd have struggled to get a good night kiss. thanks for looking in.

would like to have all those flowers growing round my windows right about now, - interesting to think people had geraniums etc growing in window boxes like that all those years ago, right
