Super lighting. The time of day you shot this at was perfect as the soft blues are so soft and peaceful looking. The composition is super, especially with the stong silhoutte of that gracful looking tree dominating the scene.

I agree with all the above. *g* The picture is sensational and I loved it. For a minute I thought I was looking at a long deserted city. And who knows, maybe we were? *g* I felt the Oriental pull also. A lovely scene!

Lovely image, Alan. It always seems that our western shores are more affected by consistent winds permantently bending trees than the ast coast. Strange that. Vicki

Thanks so much Lorraine, Mary, and Karen for your really nice comments. I did not think about it having a oriental look Mary, but it does now that you mentioned it. The wind was blowing Karen and a little on the cool side too.

Beautifully captured scene with the rugged trees and rocks. I can almost feel the wind blowing in over those branches.
