Taken by the Patea river mouth, not sure which seabirds these are, but this photo of them amused me. Could be saying 'get home its time to put on tea' or 'oi thats my possy'

TY It looks as though they are talking to each other and I just couldn't resist the opportunity to take the photo, it was a fleeting moment before the one on the rock flew off

Super capture. The composition is splendid. Beautiful soft colors. I like that you did not seem to capture any movement of the top gull and that he seems to be suspended in mid air.
